Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) eastbound to Exit 56 (Route 111/Islip). Turn left onto Route 111 North and continue to Route 347 (Nesconset Highway). Turn right onto Route 347 and proceed east for approximately 5 miles. Turn left onto Route 25 (Middle Country Road), and Country Pointe Woods will be on your right.
